SVS, INC. RETURN
POLICY
Return of Goods* Any products returned for credit, excluding warranty situations, must be uninstalled/unused and returned in their original crate within 90 days of the invoice. Return of goods for repair, warranty, or credit must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER to be accepted. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Upon issue of a RMA number, the unit(s) are to be returned to SVS factory, freight prepaid, with the RMA number marked clearly on the box/crate and packing slip. * All returns are accepted solely at SVS, Inc.'s descretion. Restocking Charges/Cancellation Fees The following SVS Products are custom made and are non-returnable once production has started: Accessory #1 Ceiling Closure Accessory FP1 Ceiling Closure Accessory #2 Plenum Shroud Accessory # 9 Projector Mount/PMT 9 Screen Mount Accessory #12 Decorative Cover Accessories #13 and #13R Platforms Any customized product All other products not mentioned specifically (scissor lifts, LCD-1 Lifts, LITE Lifts, Plasma/LCD Lifts, accessory #4 Power Sensor, accessory #5 Power Sensor with Screen Control, accessory #15 12v trigger, accessory #18 Low Voltage Adapter) are made-to-order and subject to 30% restocking fees or 15% cancellation fees. Orders will be subject to a 15% cancellation/change fee if order is canceled before production has started or to a 30% restocking fee after production has started. Custom made products are non returnable or non refundable once production has started. All returned products must be in their original condition. SVS will inspect all merchandise. If the cost of returning the merchandise to “resale” condition exceeds the 30% restocking fee, the dealer will be charged the greater cost. |
